We can ship to virtually any address in the US (and Canada from Canada for some products)
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs depends on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart.
Delivery Time
The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. The shipping methods available depends on the products purchased, availability of the products at the respective warehouses and shipping destination.
Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee that you will like what you buy by offering a 30 days Return and Exchange policy.
Refunds
1. You have to inform us at rfenterprisesusa@msn.com within 30 days if you intend to return/exchange.
2. State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
3. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
4. Return item must be in its original/unused condition. Returns of damaged or used goods will be rejected - these goods will be discarded.
5. Incomplete packaging will result in a 30% re-stocking fee.
6. If the order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, a US$5 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping charges.
Exchanges
Our exchanges are in the form of a return for a refund and you can then place a new order anytime at http://www.online-store.net/rfenterprises/ at your convenience. This works out to an exchange effectively and the net cost to you will still be the same as a 'traditional' exchange because the shipping cost is not covered, like in any exchange. The advantage to you is that the processing for your new items can begin as soon as you place the new order, without the need to wait for the return of your old package.
Defects
Defects are extremely rare due to the high quality of the production process. However, if you believe that the product that you have received is defective:
1. Do not use the product. As soon as the product is used, there is no way to proof whether the defect was due to manufacturing or damaged by the user.
2. Take clear macro (the flower icon on your camera) photos of the defect and send them to rfenterprisesusa@msn.com.
3. There is usually no need to return the defective product to us if your photos can illustrate the defect clearly. |
